Terms & Conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. Vouchers will be sent to the registered address.
  3. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except employees of The $2 Shop franchisee, their families, its associated companies and agencies.
    • Allow 7 days delivery for all vouchers prizes. Vouchers will be posted out at the end of the month. The Promoter is not responsible for any prize which is lost or does not otherwise arrive.
  4. If a prize is unclaimed for 14 days after the recipient has received notification, the recipient will forfeit his/her voucher.
  5. If any voucher (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the voucher (or that part of prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
  6. Any person suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through the manipulation of entry to the website or by text, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from the Promotion and damages may be sought.
  7. Entries received after the promotional period ends will not qualify to enter the promotion.
  8. Winners will be notified by email.
  9. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Vouchers are not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  11. The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or sustained by any person in conjunction with the promotion.
  12. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
  13. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  14. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
  15. Winners may be required to show proof of identity (eg: drivers license) and sign a declaration that they are the winner, prior to being awarded a prize.
  16. The Promoter will keep the personal information it holds about you in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1993. It will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Should you wish to access and correct your personal information, please contact the promoter.
  17. By entering this promotion you accept to receive electronic communication from the $2 Shop. You will have to option to unsubscribe at any point in the future
  18. By entering this competition the winner accepts that their name & photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize, the winners must make themselves available for this purpose.
  19. All entries become the property of The $2 Shop Limited and customers information may be entered into a database to be used for future marketing opportunities.
