Suppliers 

In general does the product we assess represent good value, is safe, doesn't infringe a trademark and has easy to read directions?

There are two ways to present your products to our stores, and they are:

  1. APPROVAL

    We fax all the information that our stores require on those items such as price , carton quantities , F.I.S details plus suppliers details. Photographs of the products are put on our website for all our franchisees to see. Orders are placed directly with the supplier.

    We do the above with all new items regardless , as the franchisees need to know from whom and which products are approved.

  2. A "ONE OFF" APPROVAL

    This is usually done with end of line products. We fax all information to our stores .

    Photographs are put on the website for all our stores to see.

    The stores have a time limit of 4-5 days to reply with orders to the franchise office. 
    The franchise office collates  the orders and advises the supplier, who then dispatches to the stores that are participating in the “one off “ deal.

These guidelines are being assessed and updated as required and suppliers will be notified of any changes that may occur.
